WV CALA members may find the following internet videos rather interesting:

• WV CALA recently created a web commercial to illustrate the affects a staggering lawsuit verdict could have on our job climate.    Click here to view CALA’s web commercial.     

• A three-minute short, which popped up on YouTube recently, juxtaposes the testimony of six plaintiffs suing a local hospital with alleged footage of the plaintiffs performing tasks their lawsuits say they could no longer perform.  View the footage and decide for yourself if this is yet another fraudulent lawsuit filing in our state.

• While Attorney General Darrell McGraw’s questionable practices continue to make headlines, we can take comfort in the fact that it has been nearly four years since the monumental defeat of Darrell’s brother, former-Supreme Court Justice Warren McGraw.  Click here to view Warren McGraw’s “rant in Racine,” a reminder of just how destructive the McGraw family politics can be.
